Looks like you have a 41mm quartz Seamaster. As one of the posters said, the 1610/930 bracelet should fit, otherwise the bracelet from the Speedy in your second picture might fit as well... It is possible to do it yourself once you get the hang of it. Are Rolex / Tudor spring bars superior to Omega and if so should they be used instead? If not, what is the best tool to remove / install spring bars / bracelets on Omega? By best, I mean fast, easy install and removal and least likely to scratch.
Once they are off you can use WD40 and a soft brush to clean any gunk out of the gaps and then into an ultrasonic cleaner to remove any WD40 and residue and then dry with a microfibre cloth.
